That you print initially on paper or by the means of a grill, that you apply the image to the textile or that you print directly on the textile. To be able to integrate the colors in the textile, so that they do not disappear with washing, ink will have to be directly to pass in a gas state. Under the influence of a fast heating, this gas will be absorbed by polymers open of the textile. During cooling, the polymers will be closed again and ink will find its solid consistency. The image will then be integrated in the textile and could not be unobtrusive any more.
At Broad Extra Graphis, we made develop a special ink which, during the heating, passes directly from the solid state in a gas state, without passing by the liquid state. And we know abundantly tested this product about the heads Epson, Mimaki, Mutoh and Roland.

The brilliant results obtained make that ink with sublimation is a product very much used by (subcontractors of) textile industry. Striking clearness, the durable authenticity of the colors and a color dark black, which is normally never obtained with ink for textile, are qualities more striking. The strong reduction in the consumption of ink also makes so that this product lowers considerably the production costs of the impressions on textile will eXtra Broad ink has profiles for all kinds of supports.
